This tasty treat has been created in response to the ‘new normal’. Many of my suppliers are closing their doors to protect their workers, my local family run post office is closed for the time being so they can keep their loved ones safe. I wanted to find a way to help people send little tokens of appreciation to their loved ones, to thank someone on the front line, or to acknowledge an everyday hero. Each biscuit will be securely packed up in a post-box-friendly mailing box (with clean hands!), and dropped into the postbox on my daily exercise outing.
